At Tailored Tutoring, we believe that successful tutoring outcomes depend on the optimal tutor-student match. Nicole Fisher has a master's in learning disabilities from Columbia University's Teachers College and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Barnard College. She has taught at leading NYC private schools including Rodeph Shalom, Spence, and Ramaz.

Teaching a child how to read should always be steeped in evidence based practices, hello Science of reading ( SOR). That being said,I believe that children always learn better when we make sure that the repetition that they need is done in a hands on and fun way.
